At Sanoh each employee is seen as a valuable asset. To help them develop we encourage creative thinking, hands-on 'making' and interactive environment where there are opportunities for personal development.

Many of our team are long-serving employees with some having over 20 years experience and more. This experience provides a deep bank of collective knowledge which brings huge benefits to both the whole Sanoh team and of course to our customers.

In addition, we have a cohort of young staff coming into the business bringing fresh ideas and approaches to problems. They are complemented by the young people who have joined us on as apprenticeship scheme. Working with a local Engineering college, Sanoh UK is developing future Toolmakers, Engineers and leaders who will help us to develop the ideas and products suitable for the fast-changing markets that we work in. Our main industry segment, automotive is undertaking major changes and Sanoh UK is planning to meet the challenges that these present us.
