After over 20 years as Managing Director of Sanoh UK, Paul Davis has decided to retire at the end of August 2024. He will be replaced by current Sales and Commercial Director Angus McCubbin who will take up his new role on 1^st September.

Angus has been with Sanoh UK for almost 7 years and has been responsible for customer relationships and the marketing of the business in conjunction with colleagues in Europe and Japan. His background is in Sales and Marketing with extensive experience of building and running teams and he has spent many years in Marketing -focused roles emphasising the importance of clear, relevant communication with customers. Angus will continue to lead the Marketing function as he takes up his new position. Angus said, “I am delighted to have been offered the Managing Director’s position at Sanoh UK. I recognise the responsibilty I have been given towards the Sanoh UK team, our customers and our colleagues around the world, to ensure that we have a strong, profitable, dynamic organisation that leads the way within the Sanoh Group.

It is my ambition to continue the work that Paul and the team have started in returning the business to profitability and making Sanoh UK a great place to work and one in which we can all be justifiably proud.”

Reflecting on his retirement, Paul said “After 35 years with the business I have decided that the time is right to step back from my current role. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as MD leading a great team through both challenging and successful periods. I will still be involved with Sanoh UK and I wish Angus and all the team the very best for the future.”
